When you request a quote or information, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, and state or ZIP code; your age or age range; the type and amount of coverage you are interested in and who you would like to protect; and any other details you choose to share with us when we speak with you, such as health information needed to apply for coverage. If you submit a form on Facebook or Instagram, Meta provides us the information you entered in that form. Meta's own use of your information is governed by Meta's privacy policy.

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use your information to contact you by phone, text message, or email about the insurance products you asked about; prepare quotes and help you apply for coverage; submit applications to insurance companies on your behalf, with your permission; keep records required by law and by the insurance companies we work with; and improve our service and advertising.

If you checked the consent box on our form or otherwise gave us permission, we and our licensed agents may contact you at the number you provided, including by autodialed calls, prerecorded messages, and text messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP, and you can ask us to stop calling you at any time by telling us on a call or contacting us using the information below.

HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with insurance companies, managing general agencies, and wholesalers when needed to quote or place your coverage; with service providers that help us run our business, such as our customer relationship management (CRM) and phone systems, who may use it only to provide services to us; and when required by law, regulation, subpoena, or a request from an insurance regulator.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and limit access to people who need it.
